4. Payments and Subscriptions

• DMISTOCKS operates on a subscription-based model with a free 14-day trial period.
• After the trial period, users are required to subscribe to continue using the platform.
• Payment is processed securely through Paystack or any other supported payment gateway.
• All payments are final, and refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of DMISTOCKS.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including trademarks, logos, text, images, and software, is the property of DMISTOCKS or its licensors. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

For custom solutions developed by DMISTOCKS, we retain full ownership of the source code. While you may use the solution, the source code will not be provided under any circumstances.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Accessing the platform in a manner that disrupts its functionality or security.
• Using the platform to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the platform.
• Using another user's account without permission.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

DMISTOCKS is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMISTOCKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
